    Forgot password

    The link on the website for forgotten passwords seems to be broken, Also I was unable to hypergrid into Neverworld. I got an unable to verify identity.

    I just chatted with Govega she gave me new password. Unfortunatly, it did not work and she was no longer on line.

    Despite having the proper username and email address the forgot password option for user is giving this "Invalid username & email combination." error

    Is this a known issue?
