    Log In Issue

    Service request failed. Unable to connect to remote server is what I get when trying to log in.

    you should find all those issues are resolved at this point.

    I am unable to access Neverworld and I get this message every time I try (have been trying for over an hour now),

    Service request failed. Unable to connect to remote server

    later... got in to the Birthday Bash so am working my way from there

    Later again...nope, can't get anywhere from there at all.

    Several hours later... still trying but could only get to the welcome centre and a few sims in that area.
